Before booking

If you are new to waxing and have been shaving or using a hair removal cream, please allow at least 4 weeks of hair growth prior to your appointment*

Hygiene

Please come freshly washed and odor-less to any intimate wax appointment

Payments

You are REQUIRED to save a debit or credit card on file. The remaining balance is due in cash or card - exact change.

All bookings must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve appointments OR 50% of service fee deposit to secure your appointment. Prices & services are subjected to change.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

Delays

If a client is 6 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the appointment is canceled and you will have to reschedule. If the client does not confirm the appointment within 24 hours, the appointment will be canceled.

Please arrive at your scheduled time and do not knock on door UNTIL your appointment time*

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled by clients before 24 hours, appointments not rescheduled or cancelled will be subjected to cancellation and no show fees. Same day cancellation may result in payment of 50% of the scheduled service fee. After 6 minutes, you are considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW. This will result in the client being responsible for 100% of the service fee.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you have to up to 24 hours to do so through your confirmation link through Acuity (NO REFUNDS)

PACKAGE HOLDERS PLEASE READ

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If you purchase a package and NO CALL NO SHOW you forfeit a package visit.

Body Contour Contraindication

The following medical conditions could compromise your skin or service(s) being offered:

-Cancer, Kidney, Liver, Heart, Psoriasis, Eczema, Sensitivities

-Recent surgeries 3 months prior

-Recently delivered a baby wait at least 3 months

wax Contraindication

If you are looking to receive a waxing service at Much Better Aesthetics, please be sure you have not used the following medications:

-Accutane,  Adapalene,  Alustra, Retin-A , Retinol, Avage, Avita, Differin, Isotretinoin

If you are taking any of the medications above you are NOT PERMITTED to receive any services until you have stopped using it for 4-6 weeks. This especially applies to clients seeking facial waxing services.

The following medical conditions could compromise your skin or service(s) being offered:

-AIDS/HIV, eczema/psoriasis, herpes, cold sore/fever blisters, varicose veins, cancer

-PREGNANCY - * If you are a new client and currently expecting please be sure to disclose that information prior to the service being rendered. Failure to inform your esthetician, client will accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions*
